Clear Acne With Natural Food

Water

If you feel the body has not completely digested the food of the night before, drink salt water and purge it to clean your stomach. Another fluid that helps you clear acne is coconut water.
Vegetables
Grate a potato and squeeze out its water. Apply the potato juice to lighten the blemishes on your skin. Spinach soup is great way to clear acne since it helps clear the bowels. It is a good idea to incorporate a vegetable soup in your meal plan. Take a large slice of capsicum and onion and add crushed ginger and garlic. Boil it in a glass of water until it reduces to half.
